These terms apply to orders placed through pneumalabs.co.za, operated by Pneumalabs at 3E Suite, Kuilsriver Netcare Hospital, 33 Van Riebeeck Rd, Cape Town, 7580. Contact stopsmoking@pneumalabs.co.za about programme orders or admin@pneumalabs.co.za for general enquiries.
Programme options and prices
The NEW ME stop smoking programme is offered as digital access for R1,500, or a physical box plus the same digital access for R2,500. Product pages and checkout show the current price and any delivery charge before you place an order. Prices are in South African rand. The physical box is available for delivery within South Africa only.
Ordering and payment
Review your cart, delivery details, price, and these terms before placing an order. We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Digital manual access starts after payment is confirmed for either programme option. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange the refund required by law.
Accounts and manual access
You may create a free Pneumalabs account without buying a programme. The online manual remains locked until a paid digital or box order is linked to your account. Use the same email address at checkout and sign in to view the manual. Keep your login details private. A refund of the qualifying order ends access associated with that purchase.
Delivery of the physical box
We deliver physical boxes to addresses in South Africa. Available delivery methods, charges, and estimated timing will be shown at checkout when online box orders open. Please provide an accurate delivery address and phone number. If delivery is delayed or a box arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number. Your legal rights for delayed delivery remain in place.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains online cooling off, defective goods, digital access problems, and how to request a refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights given by South African consumer law.
Health information and programme use
The programme provides structured education and support for stopping smoking. It does not promise a particular health result or replace individual medical assessment or treatment. For personal medical concerns, speak with an appropriate healthcare professional. If you have an urgent medical problem, seek urgent care rather than using the website contact form.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how website, account, and order information is handled. We may update these terms for future orders; the terms presented when you place an order apply to that order. These terms were updated on 31 October 2026.
